You are part of the team from the beginning and establish the location in Essen with us. We provide the complete infrastructure and incorporate our entire network so that you can fully concentrate on winning customers on site.

• You establish the Essen location and build it up. You can count on our full support in doing so
• You will win over customers on site and maintain the relationship with them
• You act as a lynchpin between our teams and clients, and are responsible for concept, implementation and costs
• You develop a growth and customer acquisition strategy with us and establish the initial contact with new customer enquiries
• You advise our clients comprehensively and holistically with strategic vision and then develop suitable concepts and campaigns with the teams in Frankfurt, Cologne and Munich
• You coordinate the content and implementation of these concepts, including performance reviews
• In the capacity of internal and external contact person, you plan and monitor all processes

• You like to work independently and want to build something – and you appreciate the security of a strong organisation
• You should not shy away from responsibility and acquisition and be experienced in dealing with medium-sized customers
• You are familiar with the world of digital marketing and, in particular, the creation of websites as well as agency work.
• You have several years of responsible professional experience in an advertising or communications agency
• Ideally, you have experience in client consulting, management and development
• You are a team player, confident and have good social skills
• You are up to date in the areas of online marketing, SEO and web projects
• Ideally, you have experience in conception and workshop moderation
• You are quick on the uptake and work in a structured and results-oriented manner
• A degree with a focus on marketing or a successfully completed training in advertising with professional experience round off your profile
